Reserve personnel is encouraged to attend and submit abstracts.
The Scientific Committee invites abstracts of original contributions for oral and poster presentation. The Scientific Committee will review all submitted abstracts for scientific quality, and recommend the acceptance or rejection of each abstract.
- Submission of abstracts must be done only by the Conference website.
- Authors will be notified by 29th May 2009.
- Abstract should constitute a brief summary of your proposed presentation, not exceeding 250 words.
- The abstracts should be written in English, the official language of the Conference.Preference for topic classification and type of presentation (oral, poster) must be indicated.
- Further instructions for the abstracts preparation and information for speakers and poster presenters will be given in a future moment.
- The deadline for submitting abstracts is 20th May 2009. (date revised !)
